★ First Impressions ♚ VISUAL: N is pretty much what would happen if sparkledogs came in human form - his hair is bright green and incredibly unkept, falling in a thick coarse mop down to about his shoulderblades. He has green eyes that always look a little off; he doesn't seem to emote with them very well, and he tends to look a little bit strange in the expression department as a result. He's average height, and as far as his build goes he's your average lanky teenager that's just starting to look like an actual adult person. His physical strength is good but he's not really built; he's more lean than anything. ♚ FASHION: As far as his actual style of dress goes, N doesn't really do anything too special; he likes neutral colors and layers and sneakers, simple things that don't look really out of place on the streets of the cities the region he's from is known for. What he really tends to like are accessories, and he wears a lot of them - he likes hats and jewelry and odd objects on chains, he wears a necklace and square bangles and straps around his wrists, and generally speaking he just likes wearing things on top of the usual relatively basic outfits. Reference image can be found here! ♚ DEMEANOUR: So N is a little...odd. He understands basic social convention in theory, but the practice is a few shades left of center - he speaks too quickly and often talks at people rather than to them, he either offers no eye contact at all or he's staring people down with nothing inbetween, and bluntly put he just doesn't seem terribly interested in what other people have to say. He doesn't often seem rude, just like he's operating on a different plane of existence from most people; he likes to talk about the future and about lofty topics like truth and ideals and solving the world's equations. He's not standoffish or shy at all - if anything, once he's decided someone is worth his time it's difficult to get him out of said person's face, to the point of being mildly creepy about it. He's...doing something, I'm not sure that it can be called "trying" but something is certainly being done. ♚ SOUND: Seeing as Black/White aren't voiced games, we're going to be looking at Generations - in the Japanese version, he's voiced by Akira Ishida, and honestly who the hell is going to argue with Akira Ishida? I sure as hell am not. ★ OOC ♚ BACKTAGGING: This is fine in theory, in practice I suck at it. If there's anything you want to continue, just let me know! ♚ FOURTHWALLING: Please don't! ♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: I am okay with this! ...N is not! He won't, like, deck you for trying but he is very much of the gentle pushing away and a lot of "nnnno..." persuasion when it comes to being touched, so if your character is huggy they should probably be prepared to be disappointed. ♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: ...Sure? Maybe let me know if you're just going to punch him in the face or something, and if it's going to result in injury let's discuss things so I know what's going on, but otherwise N can't fight for shit. So just know that your character is going to be punching someone that absolutely won't punch back. ♚ RELATIONSHIPS: I AM NOT...SURE...WHY ANYONE WOULD IN THIS SETTING... but RP is a weird weird place and anything can happen, so if it looks like things are going that way just know that I am here for it and feel free to talk it over with me if you'd like! ★ Permissions ♚ BACKSTORY ISSUES: N's backtory involves things such as neglect, verbal abuse, and emotional abuse from a parental figure, as well as animal abuse and abandonment. His life hasn't been very happy, and he has a lot of problems with humanity as a whole as a result, though he doesn't usually talk about it and he's largely in denial regarding the reason why. As such, he's also incredibly quick to defend his abuser. If you would prefer that such things be avoided in threads with your character, feel free to let me know in comments below!
